What is Quality?


We have defined “Quality” as the means to achieve efficiency in all our operations, across verticals of the organisation.


Scope of the Quality Policy :


This policy applies to all aspects of the company’s processes. All employees are required to comply with this policy when conducting day-to-day operational processes.


Overview :


We view our processes in the light of how a step might be done faster, unform and error free to improve the overall efficiency. We are committed to continuous improvement and have established a Quality Management System which provides a framework for continuously measuring and improving quality performance to ensure customer satisfaction.

With our strict adherence to the highest standards in quality, we have established a culture of excellence across our operations.


Responsibilities :


Management is responsible for ensuring that the quality management policy is understood, implemented, and maintained at all levels of the organization.

All employees and trainees are responsible for contributing to the achievement of our quality objectives and for carrying out their tasks in accordance with our quality management system.

The organisation as a whole is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the quality management system and for ensuring its continuous improvement.

The Quality audit team is responsible to supervise the entire Quality Control process and perform sample audits on a periodical basis.

With the help of our Quality Management System, we are committed to meeting the following :

a) To comply with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements,

b) To consistently deliver high-quality services that meet or exceed customer requirements by understanding their needs, preferences, and expectations and to tailor our services accordingly.

c) To develop and maintain a motivated and skilled workforce,

d) To continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our service processes,

e) Effective communication with our customers and employees to ensure prompt sharing and understanding of information, and

We at Akshayam strive to achieve a Six sigma level in delivering defect free services at 99.99967 accuracy.


Components of our Quality Management System :


To enable us in achieving our quality goal, we focus on the following components of quality management:

Quality Planning


We at Akshayam, have identified the quality standards relevant and necessary to each of our processes based on Customer’s requirements and legal framework for the creation of a robust Internal Control System combining automation with Human judgement to enable meeting the identified Quality standards in addition to documenting each of our processes to ensure uniformity.

Quality Assurance


We have adopted a planned and systematic methodology to ensure quality of our processes and thereby our output and offer sufficient reliability by meeting the internally the identified Quality standards by following and updating our internal control systems.

Quality Control


Based on the Quality Assurance, we undertake review of the Internal control system on a periodical basis to uphold the integrity and reliability of each of our processes and its outcome. The process documents are being periodically reviewed and updated. We also have a dedicated Quality Audit team that supervises the entire Quality Control process which covers all activities undertaken across different verticals for which a sample audit is performed periodically.

Quality Improvement


Based on the results of the quality audit by the Quality Audit team and feedback from our customers, a causal analysis is performed by our Leadership team thereby determining the corrective measures and/or further improvements to be undertaken with operational inputs from the Operational team who will then further implement the changes and improvements to each process. Further, programs to improve the team at Akshayam on a regular basis to ensure that they remain updated with the changes in the internal control system.


At Akshayam, we believe Change management should also be considered while implementing quality improvements. To ensure smooth transition to better process, we have in place a dedicated quality improvement process that lays down the detailed process to be in place while implementing new techniques/process or upgradation of existing processes.


Supporting Policies and Procedures


We have the following policies and procedures in place to support us in our quality objectives which are aligned with our Quality Management System:

A defined set of documented processes that are followed for each of our core operations,

A strict corrective and preventative action procedure,

Gathering and reviewing customer feedback on a regular basis,

Continuous training and development of employees,

Selection and performance monitoring of our workforce,

Performing of regular quality audits of our internal processes,

Setting of measurable quality objectives which reflect our business aims, and

Review of audit results, customer feedback and complaints by our management.

The afore said internal procedures are reviewed regularly.

Management has ultimate responsibility for Quality across verticals and functional, but we ensure all employees understand their responsibilities within their own areas of work to ensure that Quality is embedded within the whole organisation. This is ensured through our detailed process documents for each activity that we have in place at Akshayam, weekly knowledge sharing programs and time - bound audits.


Communication of the Policy


All the employees and trainees of the company including the management are required to read and sign the Quality Management Policy to ensure that they understand and comply with it.
